In order to do the best job we can designing your site and migrating information we need to collect information about your school.
| Domain Name | Include domain name ideas for your school. We can check the availability of each domain in the list and have you select your domain from a short-list. |

| School Colours | Providing samples of your school colors or the exact color values in digital format (RGB, CMYK, Pantone) will allow us to be clinically accurate with the appearance of your design. |
| Branded Materials | Logos, crests, mascots and other symbolic information that represents your school will also help us infuse the template with your school spirit. |
| Stock Photos |
Photos of your school, the students and staff will help us develop a very personalized template for your school. If you are including photos of students, please make sure you have the necessary FOIP forms for these students. Ideally, photos should be at least 1.3 megapixels in size and not be over exposed, underexposed or blurry. |
| Staff Photos | Provide professional photos of your staff and we will pre-populate this information during the account setup. |
| Staff List | List of all staff members including their full name and division e-mail address. This information is used to set up accounts for all staff members. |
| Calendar | Providing your school calendar allows our data entry people to pre-populate your calendar for you. |
| Athletic Information | Giving us a list of teams and players will allow us to pre-populate the athletics section of your site. |
| Extracurricular Information | Giving us a list of drama clubs, reading clubs, student council, yearbook committees with lists of the students involved in each will allow us to pre-populate the extracurricular activities section of your site. |
| Documents | Any documents you provide will be pre-populated onto the website -- these may include policy manuals, student handbooks, agendas, three year plans, etc. |
| Timetable | Including a list of your homeroom classes (elementary to junior high) or high school classes including the blocks and periods for each will allow us to accurately define your schools timetable during the initial setup. |
The more information you provide to us, the more accurate and thorough we can be with your design.
Our team will pre-populate as much of the website as possible before the launch date to ensure your site is loaded with valuable information for students and parents and that getting started for your staff is a breeze!
NOTE: Historical information will be handled at the discretion of our design team.
During the design phase we will work with the materials you contributed to provide an accurate school design. The initial design will be presented to you and we will begin passing the design back and forth as we go through a series of change requests to tweak your template to perfection.
Once you are completely satisfied with the look and feel of your website, we translate your design into a funtional website. Training will be provided to your team based on your initial training preference during the purchasing process.
After your site has launched, we will begin working with teachers on a one-to-one basis to develop their own custom branded teacher pages.
